How often will I receive a newsletter?

We send out our recipe newsletter with appetising cooking ideas weekly. So you can look forward to fresh inspiration every week! An additional newsletter featuring product news, competitions with great prizes and exciting food trends is sent out no more than once a month.

Why am I not receiving the newsletter I subscribed to?

Please check you clicked on the link in the email we sent you. This double opt-in procedure is required to activate the newsletter delivery. Or perhaps our email landed in your spam folder?

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Should you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can easily unsubscribe at any time. Simply scroll to the bottom of the newsletter, where you'll find the unsubscribe link.

What happens to my data?

Your data is used exclusively to send the newsletter you've subscribed to and not shared with third parties. Only the essential data is stored, i.e. solely the email address you enter. Providing your name is voluntary. The data is stored by "Inxmail", a reputable email marketing company based in Germany.
