rind and juice of ½ an organic lemon
a few chopped lemongrass leaves
 ¼ tsp
mixed, coarsely ground pepper

Preparation

Stir together the soy sauce, oil, lemon rind, lemon grass and pepper.

Tip:

The marinade is a very good choice for marinating turkey steaks and chicken breasts.
