Barbecued Chicken and Apple Kebabs
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 2 firm apples
- 800g fresh chicken breast
- 100 ml Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade & sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. pale sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp. apple juice
- 4 tbsp. rapeseed oil
Wash and peel the apples, then halve them and core them. Wash the chicken breast, then cut it and the apples into similar sized pieces. Put the chicken and apples alternately onto the skewers.
Stir the remaining ingredients together as a marinade and marinate the kebabs for approx. 2 hours.
Then barbecue the kebabs for approx. 5 minutes on each side and serve with fresh bread.
Tip: You can also include onions in the kebabs if you like.
