

Crispy Roasted Potatoes with Soy and Sesame Dip

Preparation
Step 1

500 g small potatoes
Boil the potatoes until tender with the skins on.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 3

2 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce – 100 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Place a baking sheet, gently crush the potatoes, and spread them on the sheet.
Drizzle or brush with Kikkoman soy sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4
100 ml mayo – 3 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce – 3 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce with Toasted Sesame
Mix the dip ingredients and serve.
