Ponzu marinated chicken
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 150 ml Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp garlic, coarsely chopped
- 4 chicken fillets (approx. 500 g)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil
Mix ponzu, lime juice and garlic and let the chicken marinate in the mixture for minimum 4 hours and preferably overnight.
Take the chicken out of the marinade and pad them dry with kitchen towel. Brush the chicken fillets with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
Grill over direct medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked tender.
Serve with salad or use in burger or sandwich.
