- 500 g of potatoes
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 raw egg
- 9 tablespoons Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Oil for frying
- 200 g of smoked salmon
- 1 fresh cucumber
- sprouts
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes and let them cool down.
- Grate the boiled eggs and potatoes (coarse mesh). Add Ponzu, raw egg and flour. Mix thoroughly. Form small balls, gently flatten them. Optional: roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry them in a hot skillet in olive oil on both sides.
- Serve with slices of smoked salmon and cucumber, sprinkled with sprouts.
