Ingredients for 4 portion(s)

  • 500 g of potatoes
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 raw egg
  • 9 tablespoons Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 200 g of smoked salmon
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • sprouts

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes and let them cool down.
  2. Grate the boiled eggs and potatoes (coarse mesh). Add Ponzu, raw egg and flour. Mix thoroughly. Form small balls, gently flatten them. Optional: roll in breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry them in a hot skillet in olive oil on both sides.
  4. Serve with slices of smoked salmon and cucumber, sprinkled with sprouts.
