
Chilli and honey dip
A flavoursome chilli and honey dip for all grilled foods This great KIKKOMAN soy sauce variation on a chilli and honey dip is the ideal accompaniment for grilled meat and vegetables. The aromatic KIKKOMAN soy sauce makes for a perfect counterpoint to the sweet and spicy flavours.

Ingredients for 4 portion(s)
- 2–3 tbsp KIKKOMAN soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 2 tsp freshly squeezed
- lemon juice
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- In a small bowl, stir together the KIKKOMAN soy sauce with the sesame seeds, chilli flakes, honey and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the dip is too hot, you can adjust the spiciness by adding a little sugar or lemon juice.
