- 180g cooked and seasoned
- Nori sheets (10.5 x 1 cm)
For the omelette:
- 4 eggs
- 90 ml dashi stock
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- A few drops Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce
- Oil for frying
For dipping:
Preparation
Mix all the omelette ingredients together in a bowl and fry in a square omelette pan. Then cut the omelette into approx. 8 mm thick slices.
Divide the sushi rice into 10 equal portions. Form each portion into a cylinder shape, place the omelette slice on top and bind together with the nori strip.
