Japanese Ramen meets the flavours of Mexico with sweetcorn, colourful peppers, minced meat and jalapeno chillies.
Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.
Fry the minced meat in the heated oil for about 5 minutes.
Cut the bell pepper into strips, finely chop the garlic, add both to the minced meat and fry briefly. Add the drained sweetcorn and heat briefly. Season with the Mexico spice mix.
Bring approx. 540 ml water to a boil in a pan, mix with the Ramen Soup Base and the Chili Sauce for Kimchi and divide into 2 bowls.
Add the cooked noodles and top with the minced meat mixture.
Garnish with the jalapeno chillies and fried onions and serve.
