Preparation
Step 1
Hard-boil the eggs (6 minutes), and peel the cooled down eggs.
Step 2
Mix the yogurt with mayonnaise and soy sauce. Add chopped mushrooms, cucumbers and chives.
Step 3
Stir it and serve it with the eggs cut in half.
