Calzone with chipotle pork and cheese
Calzone with chipotle pork and cheese is a mouth-watering spin on the classic Italian dish, where tradition meets modern flavours. Made with delicate, homemade dough that turns golden brown and crispy after baking, and has a juicy filling.
Preparation
Step 1

300 g pork tenderloin – 90 ml Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade – 1 tsp dried oregano – 1 sprig of rosemary – 1 sprig of thyme – 50 ml oil for frying – 1 pinch of salt – 1 pinch of pepper
Cut the pork into strips. Season with Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade, oregano, salt, pepper and chopped herbs and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes. After this time, fry the meat in a pan with oil until brown.

Mix the tomato passata, Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ-Sauce Honey and chipotle.
Step 3
