

Soy-glazed bacon popcorn
Crunchy popping corn glazed in a sweet caramel made with Kikkoman Soy Sauce and topped with sticky teriyaki bacon—smoky, savoury and satisfyingly bold. A flavour-packed twist on the classic snack.
Preparation
Step 1
2 tbsp oil – ½ cup popping corn
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add the popping corn. Cover and cook over medium heat until the popping subsides. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
Step 2
5 Slices of bacon – 2 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ-Sauce with Honey
Fry the bacon slices in a pan until golden but still soft. Then reduce the heat and add the Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ-Sauce Honey. Let it cook for 2–3 more minutes so the bacon is coated and slightly caramelised. Set aside.
Step 3
2 tbsp butter – 3 tbsp brown sugar – 1 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
In a separate pan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the Kikkoman Soy Sauce and stir until the caramel is smooth and shiny.
