salmon fillets (700 g)
4 tsp
lime juice
4 tsp
honey

Breadcrumbs

egg
wheat flour
80 g
almond flakes

Step 1

In a bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce and honey. Mix thoroughly. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade. Put in the fridge for about 1-2 hours.

Step 2

Meanwhile, prepare 3 deep plates for the breading. Fill the first one with flour, the next one with beaten egg, and the last one with delicately crushed almond flakes.

Step 3

Dip the marinating salmon fillets in flour, then in the beaten egg and last in the almond flakes. Fry it in a hot skillet in olive oil on both sides.
