Grilled fruits are delicious and not only an option for dessert. Accompanied by punchy cheese and pine nuts, this fruity, savoury recipe makes a great snack or a side for grilled dishes.

Ingredients

2 
peaches (preferably firm)
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 
sprig rosemary
80 ml
apple juice
1 tsp
honey
1 tbsp
lemon juice
70 g
goat cheese
40 g
walnuts
2 tbsp
pine nuts

Salad:

2 handful
rocket
1 
small red onion
 ½ 
cucumber
1 handful
fresh mint and basil

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the peaches in half.

Step 2

Brush with Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ Sauce With Honey and olive oil.

Step 3

In a small pan boil remaining Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ Sauce With Honey together with apple juice and a little of fresh rosemary.

Step 4

Place the peaches cut side down on a hot griddle. Cook until fruits caramelise and have stripes.

Step 5

Turn the fruits over.

Step 6

Place on each peach some crumbled goat cheese. Add crushed walnuts and pine nuts. Drizzle with honey and cook  for another 5 minutes.

Step 7

Slice the onion into half moons. Cut the cucumber in thin slices. Mix with rocket and place it on the plate. Put peaches on top and sprinkle Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ Sauce With Honey. Serve with fresh herbs.
