

Basil-semolina dumplings
Enjoy a taste of Italy with these quick-to-make, fluffy semolina dumplings bursting with delightful basil flavour. Perfect alongside a crisp veggie salad.
Preparation
Step 1

250 g semi-fat cottage cheese – 145 g semolina – 1 bunch of basil – ½ tsp pepper
Finely chop the bunch of basil. Mix with the cottage cheese, pepper and semolina and knead into a firm dough.
Step 2

Shape the dough into rolls and cut them into rectangular dumplings of a similar size. Place them in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes after they float to the surface.
Step 3

2 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp honey – 1 romaine lettuce – 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Mix the honey with the Kikkoman Soy Sauce and heat in a pan. Fry the cooked dumplings in the resulting glaze. Serve with the lettuce and sunflower seeds.
