

Baked potato taco with fresh toppings
A crisp potato base topped with creamy cheese, avocado, tomatoes, red onion and parsley—finished with a dash of Kikkoman Soy Sauce. A fresh and satisfying twist on the taco.
Preparation
Step 1
1 potato – 2 tbsp olive oil – 100 g pizza cheese
Preheat the oven to 185°C. Peel the potato and slice it thinly using a mandoline or grater. Arrange the slices in a circle on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle over the pizza cheese. Bake at 185°C for 20 minutes.
Step 2
1 red onion – 1 avocado – 6 cherry tomatoes
Cut the onion into rings. Halve the avocado, then slice it thinly. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
100 g cream cheese – 2 lettuce leaves – 2 tsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce – 1 avocado – cherry tomatoes – red onion – 3 parsley leaves, chopped
Spread the cream cheese over the potato taco. Top with the lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, avocado and onion. Sprinkle with the parsley and drizzle over the Kikkoman Soy Sauce.
