Ginger & soy sauce marinade
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 1 piece of ginger (approx. 2 cm)
- 1 garlic clove
- 7 tbsp. Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce
- 50 ml vegetable oil
Peel and finely grate the ginger. Peel the garlic clove, crush it and combine with the ginger, soy sauce and oil.
Tip! This marinade is delicious with beef and pork steaks, and with kebabs. The ideal marinating time is 30-60 minutes.
