Preparation
Step 1
Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
Step 2
Put the quail eggs into boiling water. Cook them for 4 minutes and peel them.
Step 3
Put the washed spinach on the plates.
Step 4
Add the eggs, the sliced cucumbers, the radishes and cherry tomatoes.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over it and serve it straight away.
