Salad of Broccoli and Cauliflower
This crispy salad is a great addition to bbq dishes but also excellent as an appetiser or a light snack.
Divide the broccoli and the cauliflower into small florets and blanch in salted boiling water. Refresh in iced water to stop the cooking process. Place the vegetables in a large bowl
Cut the onion and cheese into thin slices and the carrot into sticks. Add to the vegetables. Mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl mix Kikkoman Soy Sauce, mayonnaise, honey, the juice and the grated lemon zest.
Combine the dressing with the salad, gently mixing all the ingredients.
Garnish the salad with the roasted pumpkin seeds, chopped chives and sesame seeds.
