Preparation

Step 1

Peel the prawns, put them into a glass bowl, add Ponzu and marinate it in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Fry it in a pot in olive oil for about 1 minute. Add the broth, water, passata and Ponzu. Cook it for a few minutes.

Step 3

Add the sliced ​​chili pepper and coconut milk. Cook it for a few minutes.

Step 4

In the meantime, cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Step 5

Cut the leek into slices and fry it briefly on 1 teaspoon of butter. Season it with salt.

Step 6

Heat 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Add 1 garlic clove chopped and the prawns. Fry it until they get golden brown on both sides.

Step 7

We serve the soup with rice noodles, prawns and leek.
