The name of this sauce tells us a lot about its qualities: Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade adds a beautiful glaze to meat and vegetables. Teriyaki is a Japanese word made up of two syllables with the following meanings: teri = “glaze” or “shine” and yaki = “to grill” or “marinate”.
Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade is perfect for marinating barbecued foods or for enhancing the flavour of all fried and grilled meats. It is produced on the basis of our original Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce from the four pure ingredients of soybeans, wheat, water and salt, which is where it derives its unique savoury flavour from.
This Kikkoman sauce is suitable for vegans.
