Liquid Soy Sauce

The Kikkoman range includes liquid, naturally brewed soy sauces and variations that satisfy industrial food production standards. The natural brewing method does not trigger any 3-MCPD chemical reaction. The naturally produced content of aromas is a precursor to natural brewing. All products are manufactured in Europe according to HACCP and are in conformity with EU Directives.

Usage Examples

Japanese roasted almonds

  1. Roast almonds at 180 degree for 8 minutes.
  2. Mix hot almonds for 2 minutes with Kikkoman soy sauce.
  3. Dry almonds at 180 degree for 2 minutes.
  4. Leave to cool.

Oriental fried rice

Wok butter:

 

  • 47.2 % palm oil-based margarine
  • 27.6 % Fancy soy sauce
  • 8.8 % sugar
  • 0.6 % ginger powder
  • 1.0 % garlic powder
  • 1.1 % onion powder
  • 1.6 % pepper
  • 12.1 % salt

Frozen ingredients:

  • 50 % rice
  • 10 % carrot (1x1)
  • 10 % peas
  • 10 % onions (1x1)
  • 0.5 % paprika
  • 0.5 % corn
  • 10 % wok butter

Mild salad dressing

  1. 50 % KK Shoyou Standard
  2. 20 % Balsamico di Modena
  3. 10 % Native olive oil
  4. 10 % Fresh citron juice
  5. 10 % Sucrose

Vegan tomato sauce

  1. 76 % Tomato pulp (200 ml)
  2. 2 % Chopped ginger (2 tb)
  3. 3 % Chopped fresh onion
  4. 2 % Chopped fresh garlic
  5. 6 % Sugar (1,5 tb)
  6. 11 % Fancy soy sauce (25 ml)
