Vegetables with Ponzu Mayo

Ponzu-seasoned mayonnaise is a great addition to grilled vegetables, but also perfect for salads or sandwiches. In this recipe you can use any vegetables.

Ingredients

Ponzu Mayonnaise

8 tbsp
mayonnaise
1 
sprig of fresh rosemary
Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the courgette and the aubergine into slices. Cut the pepper into large pieces and the potatoes in quarters. Cut onion in thick slices.

Step 2

In a small bowl mix olive oil with 2 cloves of garlic crushed using a garlic press. Add soy sauce and mix.

Step 3

Place vegetables in this marinade and put aside for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Pour Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Sauce into a large bowl. Add mayonnaise, chopped rosemary and garlic crushed using a garlic press. Season with pepper to taste and Kikkoman Soy Sauce and mix thoroughly.

Step 5

Grill the vegetables on a medium temperature preheated surface for around 7-10 minutes, turning over for even cooking. Potatoes may need more time on the grill (15-20 minutes depending on the size of the pieces). Grill until soft.

Step 6

Place the grilled vegetables on a plate.

Step 7

Serve with Ponzu Mayonnaise.
