- 2 round yellow zucchinis
- 200 g white beans
- 250 g parsnips
- 2 carrots
- 200 g of broccoli
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce
- ½ bouquets of chives
Preparation
Peel and cut the vegetables into pieces, leave the broccoli in bouquets, and dip all the green vegetables in boiling salted water, cook 10 minutes, drain immediately, put them in a salad bowl. Chisel the chives. (All these vegetables can also be steamed.)
