Cut the tofu into bite sized pieces. Let it marinate in 4 tsp soy sauce and a bit of black pepper for 15 minutes. Drain the tofu and sift over corn starch.
Beat the eggs lightly with 2 tsp soy sauce and coat the tofu in it, lastly cover in panko.
Fry for 3 minutes in hot oil.
Mix the sauces and serve on the side with a small salad.
