
Tofu Nuggets
Ingredients for 10 portions
- 500g tofu
- 4+2 tsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
- 4 tsp corn starch
- 2 eggs
- 100g panko bread crumbs
Sauce 1:
- 2dl Kikkoman Lemon Ponzu Sauce
- 1 tsp finely cut chives
- 2 grated cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce 2:
- 100ml sriracha
- 100ml mayonnaise
- 3 tsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
Preparation
- Cut the tofu into bite sized pieces. Let it marinate in 4 tsp soy sauce and a bit of black pepper for 15 minutes. Drain the tofu and sift over corn starch.
- Beat the eggs lightly with 2 tsp soy sauce and coat the tofu in it, lastly cover in panko.
- Fry for 3 minutes in hot oil.
- Mix the sauces and serve on the side with a small salad.
