  1. Cut the peppers, mangoes and avocados into strips.
     
  2. For each person, place a handful of spinach, chopped fruit and vegetables on top of each tortilla. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sesame seeds and season with Ponzu citrus soy sauce. Roll up and cut in half. Serve right away.
