Salmon in sweet & salty marinade and almonds coating

Ingredients for 4 portion(s)
- 4 salmon fillets (700 g)
- 9 teaspoons of Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
- 4 teaspoons of lime juice
- 4 teaspoons of honey
Breadcrumbs:
- 1 egg
- wheat flour
- 80 g of almond flakes
Additionally:
- oil for frying
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce and honey. Mix thoroughly. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade. Put in the fridge for about 1-2 hours.
- Meanwhile, prepare 3 deep plates for the breading. Fill the first one with flour, the next one with beaten egg, and the last one with delicately crushed almond flakes.
- Dip the marinating salmon fillets in flour, then in the beaten egg and last in the almond flakes. Fry it in a hot skillet in olive oil on both sides.
