Ingredients for 4 portion(s)

  • 1 small romaine lettuce
  • 4 yellow and 4 red cherry tomatoes
  • 4 salmon fillets (each approx. 120 g)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • Approx. 20 ml Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce with Toasted Sesame

Preparation

Remove the lettuce leaves, wash them and tear them into pieces. Wash the tomatoes and either halve or quarter them depending on their size.

Wash the salmon, dab dry, season lightly with salt and pepper and dust with flour. Heat up the oil and fry the salmon fillet for approx. 6-8 minutes on each side. Add the butter, allow to melt and then swivel the salmon around in the pan to coat it with the butter. Remove the salmon and plate it up with the salad.

Add the teriyaki sauce to the remaining frying fat, bring to the boil and serve with the salmon, salad and a chervil leaf garnish.
