- 100 g of fresh spinach
- 10 quail eggs
- 100 g of radish
- 100 g of ground cucumber
- 100 g of cherry tomatoes
Sauce:
- 100 g of natural yoghurt
- 20 g of grated horseradish
- 10 g of Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce (1 teaspoon)
- 1 tablespoon of chopped dill
Preparation
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
- Put the quail eggs into boiling water. Cook them for 4 minutes and peel them.
- Put the washed spinach on the plates.
- Add the eggs, the sliced cucumbers, the radishes and cherry tomatoes.
- Pour the sauce over it and serve it straight away.
