Preparation

Chop halloumi cheese into slices. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, slice. Mix grated ginger, honey, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp Ponzu, 3 tbsp olive oil and chopped mint in a bowl.

Put the cheese on the grill and grill for about 3 minutes until roasted from outside. Grill on both sides and sprinkle with some olive oil and Ponzu while grilling. Chop slices of cheese into smaller cubes once ready.

At the same time grill pineapple slices for about 4 minutes on both sides. You can glaze it with Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ Sauce with Honey. Once ready chop pineapple into bite size pieces.

Put the greens on a plate; add walnuts, grilled halloumi cheese and pineapple. Sprinkle with sprouts, sunflower seeds and dressing and serve immediately.
