Quick caramel topping
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 5-6 EL Kikkoman Stir-fry sauce
- 150 ml dark balsamic vinegar
- 150 ml honey
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp. Cornflower
Briefly heat up the Kikkoman Stir-fry sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey and water, then mix the cornflower with a little water and add to bind.
Tip: Tastes delicious as a salad dressing or a light topping for pasta dishes. Add a little chilli and/or lemongrass to create a completely different flavour! Simply pour the topping into a jam jar and refrigerate. It will stay fresh for 1-2 weeks.
