
Potato pie with bacon
A dry cake, which is perfect as an addition to the main course or as a separate dish. After baking it, it can be served to guests immediately. It also tastes delicious when it is cut into slices and fried in a pan.

Ingredients for 10 portion(s)
- 1.5 kg of potatoes
- 240g of smoked, cooked bacon
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 9 tablespoons Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Soy Sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion (50g)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of cream
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and cook them. Then add the butter, ponzu and mash it up. Let it cool down a little
- Dice the bacon and onion, chop the garlic and fry it all in a pan until golden brown. Stir in the potatoes. Add raw eggs and mix it all.
- Brush the pan with butter, sprinkle it with flour and put the mixture into it.
- Bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 60-80 minutes.
- Serve it with cream and fresh parsley or chives.
