
Pork loin with oranges and cloves

Ingredients
- 1.4 kg of pork loin
Marinate:
- 5 tablespoons of Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
- 5 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
Additionally:
- 1 orange
- 10 carnations
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice and ginger. Put the pork loin into a glass dish, pour the marinade and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
- Put the marinated pork loin into a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over it. Gently cut the meat and insert the cloves. Place 3 orange slices and a sprig of rosemary on top. Cut the rest of the orange into quarters and place it around the pork loin. Cover it with a lid.
- Bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 1.5 - 2 hours (until soft). Serve with the sauce that was formed during the baking.
Advice:
The pork loin can be marinated and then baked in a sleeve. In this way it will be even more soft after baking.
