Ingredients for 8 portion(s)

  • 700 g penne type pasta
  • 250 g pioppini type mushrooms
  • 500 g champignon mushrooms
  • 350 g mixed ground meat
  • 250 g Sausage
  • 1 onion
  • 3/4 cup Kikkoman naturally brewed less salt soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup of white wine
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • q.s. Optional cream
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese for seasoning

Preparation

  1. First, slice a medium-sized onion very thinly.
  2. Put the onion in a pan with some oil and let it brown.
  3. When the onion is golden, add the minced meat and the crumbled sausage. Mix together well, cooking the meat over medium heat.
  4. In the meantime put another pan on the hob with a splash of oil and the crushed garlic cloves. As soon as they are well browned, add small pieces of mushrooms which are rinsed, cleaned and cut . Stir, put a lid on and cook over low heat.
  5. Prepare a glass and fill it with half of ¾ cup of the white wine and also the half of the ¾ cup of the soy sauce. Add the mixture into the meat as soon as it is well cooked. Also prepare a glass and fill it with the rest of the white wine and soy sauce. Add it to the mushrooms and mix.
  6. Add the mushrooms to the meat, stir and cook. Add cream and stir. Season the pasta and serve hot, sprinkling with Parmesan.
