Pasta Calamarata with Kikkoman soy sauce

Preparation time: 35 mins

  1. Clean the squid by removing the eyes and bone, wash and cut the squid into slices of the same size as the pasta.
  2. Fry a clove of garlic in a pan. Add the calamari and cook for a few minutes. Pour the soy sauce and a few tablespoons of water. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5-6 minutes on a low heat.
  3. Cook pasta al dente. Drain well and add it to the squid. Adjust salt only if necessary or alternatively add a few more drops of soy sauce.
