Pasta Calamarata with Kikkoman soy sauce

Ingredients for 4 portions
- 320 g pasta
- 800 g calamari
- 300 g tomatoes
- 50 ml Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- q.s. salt
Preparation
- Clean the squid by removing the eyes and bone, wash and cut the squid into slices of the same size as the pasta.
- Fry a clove of garlic in a pan. Add the calamari and cook for a few minutes. Pour the soy sauce and a few tablespoons of water. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5-6 minutes on a low heat.
- Cook pasta al dente. Drain well and add it to the squid. Adjust salt only if necessary or alternatively add a few more drops of soy sauce.
