Olive soy sauce dip

Ingredients for 4 portions

  • 4 tbsp Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce
  • 60 g mild green olives (without stone) 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp apple puree
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Coarsely ground pepper
  • 2 tsp capers
  • If desired: chopped pine nuts and olive slices to garnish

Preparation

  • For the dip puree all ingredients except the capers in a powerful blender. 
  • Chop the capers finely, fold in, fill the dip into a small bowl and serve. 

The olive-soy sauce dip goes very well with e.g:

  • thin, freshly roasted baguette slices and olives
