- 4 tbsp Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce
- 60 g mild green olives (without stone)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp apple puree
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tsp sugar
- Coarsely ground pepper
- 2 tsp capers
- If desired: chopped pine nuts and olive slices to garnish
Preparation
- For the dip puree all ingredients except the capers in a powerful blender.
- Chop the capers finely, fold in, fill the dip into a small bowl and serve.
The olive-soy sauce dip goes very well with e.g:
- thin, freshly roasted baguette slices and olives
