
Noodles salad with olives
Ingredients for 2 portions
- 70g noodles of choice
- Handful of sprouts of choice
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 50g black olives without stones
- ¼ red onion
- 1 red/yellow bell pepper
- ½ zucchini
- Kikkoman Ponzu Lemon
- Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce with Roasted Garlic
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Kikkoman Ponzu Lemon
- 1 tsp mustard Dijon
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation
Clean bell pepper and zucchini, chop in slices. Grill them on the grill until tender, turn on both sides and glaze zucchini with Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce with Roasted Garlic. When tender, leave to cool and after that remove skin of bell pepper.
Cook noodles in salted water, leave aside to cool down. Half cherry tomatoes, chop the onion and olives. Mix all ingredients for dressing until smooth.
Put noodles to a bowl, add sprouts and both fresh and grilled vegetables. Sprinkle all with dressing, mix well and serve as addition to grilled meats.
