Nectarine and Mango Salad
Ingredients for 4 portions
Wash, halve and de-stone the nectarines. Peel the mango, remove the flesh in wedges and chop it into cubes. Remove the leaves from the lettuce, wash them, trim them and cut them into strips. Wash, trim and slice the celery.
Combine the sesame seed oil, Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce/ less salt soy sauce, curry paste, vinegar, orange juice and syrup (or honey). Season with pepper.
Add the dressing to the salad, toss the ingredients and arrange on plates. Garnish with flat leaf parsley if you like.
