
Marinated salmon

Ingredients for 4 portion(s)
- 200 g of raw salmon without skin nor fish bones
- 500 g of celery rolls
- 1 green apple (granny)
- 1 small heart of celery
- 1 white onion
- 3 tbsp of Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce
- 3 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- pepper
Preparation
One hour before serving, cut the salmon in 2 cm small strips (or in cubes of 2 cm on 2), put them in a salad bowl, grate the zest of the lime above on a fine grater, then press the lemon.
Mix in a bowl the lemon juice, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oil, whip, and pour on the salmon, turn and reserve.
Peel the celery and put it on a grater to obtain slender spaghetti, put them in a salad bowl, and add the heart of sliced thinly celery. Put the apple on the same grater and add it to celeries.
Pour the remaining oil into a bowl, add the rest of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of yellow lemon juice, the peeled onion and sliced thinly, whip and pour on vegetables, to mix.
To serve: distribute vegetables in plates, put above the small strips of salmon and coat with the rest marinade.
You can add to this dish at the time of serving, eggs of salmon or of trout.
