Ingredients for 4 portion(s)
- 750 ml of broth
- 3 slices of ginger
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 250 ml of water
- Approx. 3 cm of chili peppers
- 500 ml of tomato passata
- 10 tablespoons Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Soy Sauce
- 140 g coconut milk (solid part)
Additionally:
- 7 tablespoons Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Soy Sauce
- 320 g of prawns
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 80 g leek
- 2 teaspoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 150 g of rice noodles
Preparation
- Peel the prawns, put them into a glass bowl, add Ponzu and marinate it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Fry it in a pot in olive oil for about 1 minute. Add the broth, water, passata and Ponzu. Cook it for a few minutes.
- Add the sliced chili pepper and coconut milk. Cook it for a few minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the leek into slices and fry it briefly on 1 teaspoon of butter. Season it with salt.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Add 1 garlic clove chopped and the prawns. Fry it until they get golden brown on both sides.
- We serve the soup with rice noodles, prawns and leek.
