A flavoursome chilli and honey dip for all grilled foods This great KIKKOMAN soy sauce variation on a chilli and honey dip is the ideal accompaniment for grilled meat and vegetables. The aromatic KIKKOMAN soy sauce makes for a perfect counterpoint to the sweet and spicy flavours.

white sesame seeds
1 tsp
chilli flakes
2 tbsp
runny honey
2 tsp
freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, stir together the KIKKOMAN soy sauce with the sesame seeds, chilli flakes, honey and lemon juice.

Step 2

Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the dip is too hot, you can adjust the spiciness by adding a little sugar or lemon juice.
