
Grilled halibut

Ingredients for 2 portion(s)
- 350g halibut fillets without skin
- 3 tbsp Kikkoman Ponzu Lemon
- 2 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce Less Salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Preparation
Mix soy sauce, Ponzu, olive oil and parsley in a bowl and rub the mixture into the fish fillets. Leave for about 30 minutes. Grill on trays for several minutes until just done and juicy. Serve hot with butter on top and fresh salad.
