Fried Veal Liver with Onion Soy Sauce
Wash the onions and cut them into thin slices. Heat up the oil in a pan. Sauté the onions until they turn golden brown. Add the stir-fry sauce and the chicken stock, then continue to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the butter and stir well.
Cut the liver into 150 g slices and season lightly with salt and pepper. Then coat in flour. Heat up oil in a frying pan and sauté the liver on both sides. Then arrange on a plate with your choice of side dish (e.g. salad, vegetables, wok-cooked vegetables, mashed potato & carrot, rice, potatoes) and pour the onion sauce over it. Garnish with chopped parsley.
