Ingredients for 4 portion(s)
- 500 g of chicken breast
- 6 tablespoons of Teriyaki Kikkoman marinade
- 800 g of your favorite vegetable mix
- 2 slices of ginger
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 80 g of cashews
- 200 g of jasmine rice
Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Teriyaki Kikkoman marinade
- 60 ml of water
- 3 teaspoons of flour

Preparation
- Cut the chicken into thin strips, pass it to a glass bowl and add 6 tablespoons of Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade. Put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped ginger. Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry it over high heat until it gets golden brown on all sides. Add cashews and reduce the heat.
- In a pot, combine the ingredients for the sauce. Pour it into the pan. Fry it with the chicken for a few minutes and stir it constantly.
- Meanwhile, cook the vegetables in salted water.
- Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Arrange rice, vegetables and fried chicken with cashew nuts on a plate. Garnish with chopped chives.
