Fried chicken breast and fresh pineapple roasted
Heat the sauce in a frying pan, place in the chicken breasts and cook 10 to12 minutes turning until sauce is smooth. Peel and cut the pineapple into 1 cm slices then in small pieces, peel and chisel the onions.
Heat oil in a fried pan, add onions, cook 2 minutes, pour sauce, bring to a boil add grated ginger and pineapple pieces, turn and cook for 10 minutes, turning often, add rice, mint sprigs, turn, heat 1 minute and remove from heat. To serve: cut the fried chicken in strips and present with pineapple rice.
