Exotic Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients for 4 portions

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 4 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade
  • 2 mangos
  • 1 red pepper
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 small head of Chinese leaves
  • 200 g fresh beansprouts

For the dressing

Preparation

Wash the chicken breast, dab dry, cut into cubes and place in Teriyaki marinade for approximately 15 minutes. Peel the mangos, cut the flesh off the stone into strips, then cut half into cubes and half into fine slivers. Halve the pepper, then clean, wash and dice it. Clean the mushrooms, wash if necessary and halve. Wash the Chinese leaves and beansprouts, then cut the Chinese leaves into strips. Wash the lime, halve, press out the juice of one half and cut the other half into fine slices. Put the chicken breast cubes, pepper and mango pieces alternately on the skewers and grill for approx. 10 minutes on all sides. Arrange the Chinese leaves on four plates and put the mango slivers and beansprouts on top. Mix the oil with sesame seeds, soy sauce, lime and orange juice, and sprinkle over the salad as a dressing. Place the kebabs on top of the salad and serve.
