- 6 eggs
- 150 g of natural yoghurt
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 30 g of Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce (1.5 tablespoons)
- 50 g of pickled mushrooms
- 50 g of pickled cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
Preparation
- Hard-boil the eggs (6 minutes), and peel the cooled down eggs.
- Mix the yogurt with mayonnaise and soy sauce. Add chopped mushrooms, cucumbers and chives.
- Stir it and serve it with the eggs cut in half.
