  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g of natural yoghurt
  • 100 g of mayonnaise
  • 30 g of Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce (1.5 tablespoons)
  • 50 g of pickled mushrooms
  • 50 g of pickled cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped chives

Preparation

  1. Hard-boil the eggs (6 minutes), and peel the cooled down eggs.
  2. Mix the yogurt with mayonnaise and soy sauce. Add chopped mushrooms, cucumbers and chives.
  3. Stir it and serve it with the eggs cut in half.
